provide information to its visitors.
This area of the site provides explanations of our navigation and
structure, the standards and technologies we comply with, our policies and
regulations and, what you'll need to best access our pages, as well as

How do I get around? The home page of the web site was designed
to reflect the needs of our visitors. The menus and links on the homepage
provide navigational direction to some of the most popular areas of our
site including market pages, product line pages, product pages, downloads
of product specifications, flyers, brochures and catalogs, request pages
for marketing materials and quotes and product demonstrations, and contact
info for our Regional Sales Managers and International Agents. In many
cases, there are multiple ways to navigate the site.
What do I need to view this site? All SMC web pages are
formatted to be accessed by a variety of users with differing
technologies. Every page on our site may be viewed on either a Windows or
Macintosh operating system using Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 5 or
later) or Netscape Navigator (version 6 or later).
Do I need anything more? The Adobe Acrobat plugin is required for
certain forms and documents presented in PDF format. Video clips require
the use of the Windows Media Player.

It is the policy of SMC that personal information about visitors will be
collected only to the extent necessary to provide the service or benefit
desired; that only appropriate information will be collected; that the
visitor shall understand the reason the information is collected and be
able to examine their personal record which is maintained by a public
